We are entering a new paradigm : a shift in consciousness that will change everything, particularly the culture and methodologies of our corporate structures. All systems and industries will evolve and elevate to new a new level — one where where coherence, integrity, authenticity, transparency and responsibility will become the vital components of a thriving business model.
Coherence, integrity, authenticity, transparency and responsibility will become the vital components of a thriving business model.
Why a new ‘quantum paradigm’ ?
Nassim Haramein’s recent discovery of the self-organising, communicative movement of the subatomic particles at the base level of all space and matter has facilitated our understanding of our connectedness in a unified field of energy and the inherent entangled nature of our reality. This new understanding will impact all industries to reinvent the business model, with a much greater awareness of the field of consciousness, energy and vibration.
This concept is is beginning to take a prominent role in business strategy.
Within businesses and organisations themselves, an increasing number of leaders, CEOs and visionaries are already working with the awareness of this field of consciousness, and understand the implications and power of embracing higher values. As the success of running organisations through this new lens is recognised, other leaders will follow their example, causing ripples of this trend to run through the corporate landscape.
We are already seeing the effects of this movement reflected in the new and growing attitude of customers, clients, consumer and end users, who are showing an awareness of the power of their collective discernment — or their ‘purchasing power’ — as well as a growing dissatisfaction with companies who are not aligned with these higher values. The level of transparency enabled by our rapid electronic communication and connectivity is only serving to accelerate this shift.
This new emotional maturity will be spurred by a global disillusionment with the ‘old paradigm’ business practices.
Previously accepted ways of conducting business — based upon greed, ruthless competition, domination, aggressive consumption of our natural resources and blatant disregard for causing environmental harm — will be increasingly viewed as an outdated and broken model, which no longer serves our highest interests.
From this point, humanity will begin to want to find a balance within the capitalistic system, whereby we are able to make a profit, but at the same time leave society and the world better for the enterprise.
Humanity will aspire to a new level of conscious capitalism.
As organisations and businesses operate with more integrity, transparency and responsibility, they also realise that a level of coherence within them is needed.
They now need to think of themselves as an entity that has an overall intention, vibration and resonance, and to consider how this alters the landscape of their business model.
This means a shift of focus, towards investment in their social aspect and in the emotional unity and intelligence of members.
Personal mastery will become a core value : often investment in order to facilitate the understanding of how individual energy, intention and emotions affect the overall resonance of a company will be required.
Yet, within this unified vision of integrity and good intent, the innovation which has always been a key quality of thriving business, will remain so : the creativity and diversity of employees will thus also be actively encouraged and the unique skills of staff or employees will be appreciated.
For example, employees in similar roles will not be forced to take on exactly the same skillset — rather the diversity of skills and strengths will be viewed as a beneficial contribution to the overall sum of the organisation, and its better performance as a whole.
In many industries we are already see business being conducted day-to-day on a much more authentic, and often more personal, way.
After all, corporation is derived from ‘Corpus’, meaning body. Just as it’s clear that a body functions best when all its different, specialised organs are functioning healthily and in synergy, the thriving, successful corporations will be those which encourage their employees to dance to the same beat (vision or vibration), but also understand the vital importance of nurturing their unique talents. Doing so will ensure they can continue to innovate and will give them that vital edge in the modern marketplace.
From micro to macro
So, to return to our new understanding of the ‘quantum corporate landscape’, in which everything is connected and nothing goes without its repercussions, business leaders, their companies and employees will either be at the forefront of this transition, or will experience this paradigm shift as it happens and realise that they can either choose to adapt, or quickly see an erosion of their value, brand, client base and end-users.
2020 : a significant era of transformation
This new decade is an exciting time which will ultimately lead us to a more responsible yet dynamic view of individual contribution, as well as a more humane sense of capitalism. This transition will require self-awareness, self-mastery and a level of dexterity. Change that is large in scale and scope often appears disrupting and can feel uncomfortable, but it will prove to be a significant era of transformation in our human history.
