Interactive and participatory learning has been shown to be one of the most effective methods of learning because active practice, rather than just learning passive theory, means new ideas and techniques become hardwired into our neurology. 
Working in a group, individuals can learn both with and from each other during the session; and new concepts are more readily integrated into the work place when they have been tried, tested and accepted by more than one person alone. 
Interactive masterclasses and workshops are also the most rewarding for participants and the most and cost-efficient per head — so they are a win-win!

As well as explaining  theory, I teach scientifically-backed tools and techniques which can be practiced during the session, with immediate effects.
This group practice also means new approaches or techniques are be more readily integrated  which promotes more lasting change.

My experience both working in  TV and in my coaching + consultancy  has gave me an invaluable insight into human psychology and motivation : I have experienced first hand people’s dreams, secrets, aspirations and have often been by their side during their struggles, epiphanies and their transformations. 
I have extensive qualifications, training and knowledge in the areas of mindset, emotions, behaviour and our energetic whole — and how these relate to the world around us. I have a deep understanding that we are sentient beings who are motivated almost entirely by an overall desire to feel good — and this can be an incredible source of inspiration for what we do as well as how we do it. 

When I say that creativity and innovation are in my DNA, I'm certainly not exceptional . . . because they are at the core of each and every one of us ! 

However, my approach to unearthing  our potential is far from ordinary. I believe that many of us have simply not learned to tap into our talents and limitless resources . We have not learned how to truly use our imagination, or understand the psychology of why and how we feel fulfilled, or develop all-important self mastery, or experiment and reach beyond our usual limits.  I champion the  latest approaches to learning (e.g.  fun,  gamification and participation) and  I create my masterclasses to be interesting, inspiring and interactive. I teach from a wealth of hands-on experience in the field of human motivation as well as drawing on cutting-edge science in the the fields of quantum physics, neuroscience, cardiology and psychology.
